- Details of medical treatment: Diagnosis: clinical laboratory tests, image diagnosis, attempts of medical technologies, pet insurance (usage and potential of expansion), evaluation of suppliers
- Challenges in hospital operations, directions (any influence of changes in external environment, current or mid-to-long-term challenges)
