[Free Webinar] Health and Productivity Management Program

"Make Human Capital Management Personally Relevant — Experience the Health and Productivity Management Simulation"

Friday, July 31, 2026 | 2:00 PM–3:00 PM (JST) Online

In recent years, interest in Human Capital Management and Health and Productivity Management has grown rapidly among companies in Japan.

However, many organizations continue to face challenges such as:

  • The importance of Health and Productivity Management is not fully understood across the organization.
  • Declining performance among managers is difficult to identify.
  • Presenteeism (employees who are at work but whose productivity is reduced due to health-related issues) is often left unaddressed.
  • Issues such as male menopause, insufficient sleep, and stress are treated as individual concerns rather than organizational challenges.

In this webinar, MenLab Inc. and Yano Research Institute Ltd. will jointly introduce an interactive program using the Health and Productivity Management Game® (*) to explore how employee health issues affect organizational performance and business management.

This webinar offers an opportunity to rethink Health and Productivity Management not simply as an employee welfare initiative, but as a key component of Human Capital Management strategy.

We look forward to your participation.

(*) The Health and Productivity Management Game® was developed by SUDACHI.
