What is "Talent Intelligence," the cutting-edge AI-powered HR technology that is increasingly being adopted overseas? How widely has it been adopted in Japan, and in which areas is its use expected to expand in the future? This session will explore these questions through practical examples and real-world case studies.

The second half of the session covers practical approaches to implementing Talent Intelligence, including how to conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC), illustrated with actual PoC case studies and a live system demonstration.

Speaker: Kazuki Kunimoto, President & CEO, freecracy Inc.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University (USA), Mr. Kunimoto joined ABeam Consulting, where he provided IT consulting services focused on finance and ERP systems for major banks and large corporations. He later joined a major operating company, serving as a project manager for M&A initiatives in Europe and ERP implementation projects across Southeast Asia. He subsequently founded Kijin Edutainment in Vietnam, a company operating in the education, media, and IT sectors. After managing the business for four years, the company was acquired by a major Japanese education company.

He then founded freecracy, his second startup specializing in HR technology. The company develops and operates TalentsForce, a Built-on-AI Talent Intelligence platform that goes beyond simply storing HR data. By analyzing a wide range of corporate information using AI and skills-based methodologies, TalentsForce supports data-driven decision-making for both business management and human resources.
Mr. Kunimoto is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (USCPA).
