Generative AI as a Management Strategy

— Rethinking How People and AI Co-Create Within Organizations

The rapid evolution of generative AI is bringing both new possibilities and new challenges to corporate management.
In this session, we will revisit the common assumption that “AI will replace human jobs,” examine global trends in corporate AI adoption, and consider what future organizations—where people and AI collaborate—may look like. The seminar will also explain the role generative AI can play for corporate planning and HR departments.

Topics

  1. Is it really true that AI will replace human jobs?
  2. Global trends in corporate adoption of generative AI
  3. Concepts of “AI colleagues” and AI orchestration (how people and AI coordinate work)
  4. The role of generative AI for corporate planning and HR departments
  5. Workforce planning and organizational design in the AI era
