Many products are developed, and many services are provided in the world from the male point of view, some of which are even unconsciously, and women often accept this as a natural thing.

Focusing on differences between men and women, “customer challenges” differ, where clues for developing and improving products and services exist.

In this course, how to discover customer challenges and how to provide new values to customers by introducing the perspective on “gender differences” when considering the development and improvement of products and services to increase sales will be discussed.

The purpose of this course is to provide the opportunity for the participants to gain new insights about customer challenges arising from gender differences and utilize them in the development and improvement of products and services in the future.

This course will mainly cover the concept of “gendered innovations,” which means research, technology, and product development focusing on gender differences.
