Next-Generation Synchrotron Radiation Facility “NanoTerasu”

NanoTerasu is a “giant microscope that can see even nano-sized particles.”

Synchrotron radiation facilities are playing the roles of indispensable tools in industry and academia. NanoTerasu has the world’s highest level of analytical capability as light to clearly see the world of nanoscopic objects and accelerate the product development for various manufacturing companies.

The “G7 Science and Technology Ministers' Meeting in Sendai” will be held in Akiu, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, taking the NanoTerasu as one of the core approaches.
