Online Training Seminar on Halal Certification of Indonesia (March 16)

 

Co-sponsored by Indonesia Halal Training & Education Center (IHATEC), the educational department of LPPOM MUI (Halal certification body in Indonesia), Yano Research Institute will hold an LPPOM MUI Japan-certified official online*1 Halal training seminar on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

In Indonesia, the law to make Halal certification obligatory came into effect in October 2019, and compliance to the law is now mandatory. "Cosmetics" have to be Halal-certified by October 17, 2026, and therefore, it is currently required to prepare for the introduction of adequate Halal certification systems for cosmetic products for Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

The purpose of this training seminar is to let participants acquire the ability to understand and implement the Halal certification system for cosmetics manufacturing and contract manufacturing.

Please make use of this training seminar to gather information on Halal certification of Indonesia.

 

This training program is mainly for:

  • Managers in charge of manufacturing (or planning to manufacture) cosmetic products or cosmetic raw materials for Indonesia
  • Contract manufacturers of cosmetic products

Note: The contents or lectures of the seminar program may be changed.

*This training seminar will be conducted in English with consecutive Japanese interpreting.

*The textbook is written in English, and Japanese translation will also be provided.

*IHATEC certificate, which can be used as proof of competency or proof of training attendance when auditing Halal certification in Indonesia, will be issued.
