This seminar introduces innovative health metrics: the "Personal Score," which evaluates body proportions and muscle strength to determine "physical age," and the "Physical Score," which quantifies physical fitness and identifies lifestyle disease risks based on academic research. These groundbreaking metrics serve as dynamic indicators poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry.
