WHATS Seminar Vol. 137 [Online] “Followership, the Concept to Deliver the Best Performance in Synergy with Leadership – Breaking Down and Checking Methodologies and Processes of Tasks Over and Over Again –” will be held online on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.

Note: This seminar will be conducted in Japanese.

[Overview of the seminar]

I guess you sometimes hand over tasks to your team members without clearly understanding the methodology or process to carry them out. Also, your team members may think they have checked the methodology and process by just simply saying “I understand,” without asking and confirming the methodology or process. Communicating with team members by breaking down and checking methodologies and processes together makes it easier to achieve high performance in the execution of tasks. In this seminar, the concept of ‘breakdown’ will be discussed clearly.

1. The Relationship between Skills and Mindsets

2. The Concept of Followership
