    Each and every item sold on this site has a fixed price in Japanese yen, which is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Sales to overseas customers

    Each and every item sold on this site has a price listing in Japanese yen, with equivalent value in US$ for reference purpose only.
    In credit card payment, a card company may use their own foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of processing your transaction and for converting the price in Japanese yen into a currency of your payment. As foreign exchange rate fluctuates constantly, the equivalent value in US$ listed for each item may vary from the actual amount you are invoiced from the card company.

Expenses required other than the price of product
  • Goods supplied to a domestic customers in Japan

    Japanese consumption tax (8% of sales price)
    Delivery is provided free of charge for both types of products, those in hardcopy and in electronic file (PDF).

  • Goods supplied to an overseas customers operating outside of Japan

    Overseas delivery charge: 4,000 yen for 1st item plus 1,000 yen per additional item. (For the products supplied in hardcopy)
    (Japanese consumption tax is not required.)
    No additional expenses to the products’ price are required for the products supplied in electronic file (PDF).

Returning of purchased goods
  • Once dispatched, you cannot cancel your order.

    No refund is available.

  • A book with missing pages or disorderly binding will be replaced with a new book (as for a product in hardcopy).

    Defective products or wrong items can also be sent back for correct replacement.
    Please contact us first for our authorization within 10 days after the delivery.

    Please also contact us within 10 days after your receipt of our e-mail with the link to downloading page if the product supplied in electronic file (PDF) is not downloadable or you find it defective for some reason. We will take necessary and reasonable measures to solve the problem.

Product delivery schedule

  • In normal business situation, the goods will be dispatched in 2-3 business days after receipt of your payment or confirmation from your credit card company (for products supplied in hardcopy). In case the stock of ordered item is exhausted, additional 2-3 business days will be required.
    In holiday seasons, however, the shipment may take a little longer than indicated above.

    If the products are supplied in electronic format (PDF), we will send e-mail with the link to downloading page on the same day when you placed an order or by the end of next business day. Since processing your order requires some manual steps, the delivery of products (products in electronic file) could be delayed in some unusual situations.

Terms of payment

  • Total order amount (product price, delivery and applicable tax) will be charged at the time of your order placement.
