Sales to overseas customers
Each and every item soled on this site has a price listing in Japanese yen, with equivalent value in US$ for reference purpose only.
In credit card payment, a card company may use their own foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of processing your transaction and for converting the price in Japanese yen into a currency of your payment. As foreign exchange rate fluctuates constantly, the equivalent value in US$ listed for each item may vary from the actual amount you are invoiced from the card company.

Goods delivered to a domestic address in Japan
Japanese consumption tax (5% of sales price)
Delivery is provided free of charge. -
Goods delivered to an overseas address outside of Japan
Overseas delivery charge: 4,000 yen for 1st item plus 1,000 yen per additional item.
(Japanese consumption tax is not required.)

Once dispatched, you can not cancel your order.
No refund is available. -
A book with missing pages or disorderly binding will be replaced with a new book.
Defective products or wrong items can also be sent back for correct replacement.
Please contact us first for our authorization within 10 days after the delivery.
Product delivery schedule

In normal business situation, the goods will be dispatched in 2-3 business days after receipt of your payment or confirmation from your credit card company. In case the stock of ordered item is exhausted, additional 2-3 business days will be required.
In holiday seasons, however, the shipment may take a little longer than indicated above.
Terms of payment
- Total order amount (product price, delivery and applicable tax) will be charged at the time of order shipment.
