Delivery flow

Your order will be dispatched after the receipt of confirmation from your credit card company or receipt of your payment through remittance.

1. Confirmation of credit card company, or arrival of your payment.
2. Delivery procedures will be initiated.
   1. Dispatch of your order within 3 working days (When available from the stock) (for products in hardcopy)
   2. Dispatch of your order within 5 working days (When not available from the stock) (for products in hard copy)
   3. Sending out of e-mail with the link to downloading page (for products in electronic file (PDF) on the same day when the order was placed or by the end of next business day in normal business situations)
3. Delivery completed.

Once delivered, you cannot cancel your purchase order. No refund will be available.
A book with missing pages or disorderly binding will be replaced with a new book (if the product(s) is supplied in hardcopy)

About Japanese consumption tax

Japanese consumption tax (currently 8%) shall be added if the goods are shipped to any address within Japan or supplied electronically to customers operating in Japan. The tax is not applicable to the goods which are shipped to foreign countries or supplied to customers operating outside Japan.

Even if the purchaser is a foreign entity located outside of Japan, consumption tax is applicable if the goods in question are delivered to a domestic address within Japan or is supplied electronically to a person based in Japan.
On the contrary, even if the purchaser is located in Japan, the consumption tax will not be applicable if the goods are shipped to an overseas address or supplied electronically to a person based in other countries than Japan.
