Your order will be shipped after the receipt of confirmation from your credit card company or receipt of your payment through remittance.
a. Dispatch of your order within 3 working days (When avaialble from the stock)
b. Dispatch of your order within 5 waorking days (When not available from the stock)
Once delivered, you can not cancel your purchase order. No refund will be avaialble.
A book with missing pages or disorderly binding will be replaced with a new book.
About Japanese consumption tax
Japanese consumption tax (currently 5%) shall be added if the goods are shipped to any address within Japan. The tax is not applicable to the goods which are shipped to foreign countries.
Even if the purchaser is a foreign entity located outside of Japan, consumption tax is applicable if the goods in question is delivered to a domestic address within Japan.
On the contrary, even if the purshaser is located in Japan, the consumption tax will not be applicable if the goods are shipped to an overseas address.
