Speaker: Masato Ohnishi, Director & Executive Vice President, Sonix Co., Ltd.
Profile
After founding a startup while studying at Keio University, Masato Onishi joined freee K.K. During the company’s SaaS growth phase, he was engaged in establishing the sales organization, driving strategic alliances, and developing new business initiatives. After serving as a Board Director at a legal tech company, he joined PKSHA Technology Inc., where he was appointed as the youngest Executive Officer in the group, overseeing the AI-SaaS business and alliance strategies. He contributed to the company's expansion by driving enterprise AI adoption, SaaS business growth, and partner strategies.
In April 2026, he assumed his current role as Executive Vice President and Board Director at Sonix Co., Ltd. He is currently focused on driving AI-powered operational transformation and creating new business value, primarily in the mobility and smart city sectors.
