You’ll receive original materials filled with useful hints for your projects.
Message from the New Business Uncle®:
In today’s world, even major corporations can no longer launch new businesses on their own. It has become essential to deepen alliances and partnerships with other companies.
From building cross-industry partnerships—such as between major electronics makers and large trading company groups—to driving commercialization projects, I have gained practical experience over more than two decades.
Based on the “realities” of new business I’ve encountered throughout my career as the New Business Uncle®, I hope to support all companies, teams, and individuals working hard in new business development.
I look forward to welcoming you at Snack Yano Kei.

Why Host This Seminar at a Snack Bar?
Yano Research Institute supports Japan’s snack bar culture. More than just drinking establishments, snack bars have long served as hubs for business networking and social engagement since the Showa era. They provide a unique setting where people can learn life lessons, social etiquette, and build meaningful connections.
In today’s digital age, interpersonal communication is declining, leading to increased loneliness and social isolation. However, snack bars are gaining attention from sociologists and ???unicipal representatives as a potential solution to these societal challenges.
As a leading market research firm, Yano Research Institute has officially committed to promoting snack bar culture. In collaboration with the All Japan Snack Federation and Office Nagamo, we are launching various projects to leverage snack bars for business and social communication. This seminar marks the first step in that initiative.
