Halal Certification of Indonesia – Official Online Training Seminar Offered by LPPOM MUI (September)

Co-sponsored by Indonesia Halal Training & Education Center (IHATEC), the educational department of LPPOM MUI (Halal certification body in Indonesia), Yano Research Institute will hold an LPPOM MUI Japan-certified official online*1 Halal training seminar on September 29 (Wednesday) and 30 (Thursday), 2021.

This training program is mainly for the following persons to deepen understanding of requirements for Halal certification and to acquire skills as a Halal supervisor who operates Halal Assurance System, as well as to learn the details of procedures according to the new system in Indonesia and of what you need to do during the transition period:

  • Persons from companies that have already acquired Halal certification of MUI
  • Persons from companies that is planning to apply for Halal certification
  • Persons in charge of developing products or quality management/assurance of materials targeted for Indonesian market
  • Persons from companies that is planning to develop businesses with Indonesia
  • Companies as potential investors in the manufacturing industry (including foods and beverages, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals) in Indonesia or member countries of ASEAN

 

[Seminar Overview]

  • New system and procedures of Halal certification of Indonesia (certification rules of LPPOM MUI such as SK11 will also be discussed in details), procedures of BPJPH and LPPOM MUI
  • Information about Halal supervisor
  • Requirements for Halal Assurance System (HAS): guidelines for raw materials, and important activities for HAS
  • Main points in auditing and preparation of a proceedings manual and a documentation of information on raw materials used: survey format by category for suppliers
