In this series of reports, “LGBT Marketing Report 2021,” we regard each LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) people, who are seen as a social and sexual minority, as an individual “worker” or “employee” and analyze their working environment and their awareness as a “worker” or “employee.” This report includes data such as the rate of understanding on LGBT at workplace, actual situation of relevant training, level of satisfaction in the working environment, and so forth. This is one of the few reports in Japan created from the viewpoint of “LGBT marketing.”
Research Target: People aged 20 to 59 years who have any job(s) and live in Japan
