However, the COVID-19 pandemic increased the risk of nosocomial infection, and online medical care has been gaining attention. Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare approved online medical care upon the first examination in principle as temporary and exceptional measures, in an administrative announcement about COVID-19 on April 10 (abbreviated to 0410 administrative announcement in this report), together with special measures for medical remuneration.　Further, since this April, the number of newly entered companies to the online medical care system market has been increasing, and there are also some companies planning to enter the market in future.
